Do you have a special event or need to plan a group outing? Macrame is fun, creative, and easy to learn. I’d be happy to host a macrame class at a local venue for groups of 6 to 12 people, $50/pp. You’ll choose a design and I’ll bring the materials. Everyone will leave with a finished product.

HI, I’M DIANA SINISI.
Born into a family where we learned how to draw before we could read or write, art has always been a part of my life. I rediscovered macrame a few years ago and have become obsessed with it. I love combining fabrics and various materials into traditional macrame knots and creating unique wall hangings. I am committed to using only natural or recycled materials. This gives the artwork an earthy and textural appeal.
I've lived on East Coast my whole life: from New Hampshire to Florida. North Carolina is my home now and the natural landscape influences my art in color and mood. I enjoy hiking trails and gathering the perfect fallen branch for my next work. I hope you enjoy some of my creations, and if you’re local, I encourage you to take one of my classes at the Carrboro Art Center. Maybe you’ll get hooked too!
